Deryck grew up in Langley and has exceptional knowledge of the Fraser Valley and neighboring areas. From a young age, Deryck has taken an interest in the Real Estate industry, having worked closely with his father in property management.

Deryck has an educational background in business; he received a Business Administration Diploma through UFV and obtained his license in real estate services at UBC. His formal education and background in business allows him to provide the highest level of service and care to his clients.

In his time away from work, Deryck enjoys spending time with his friends and family as well as working out to strengthen his physical and mental health.

April 2012, Sherry had the opportunity to work with Pilothouse Marketing as the Sales Manager to sell Rize Alliance’s “Wave” 430 condominium towers in Central City Surrey. By November 2013, Sherry was head hunted to work with one of the largest and prestigious developers in the Real Estate Industry to sell their very first concrete high rise in Central City Surrey, BOSA Properties! As Sales Manager, Sherry was responsible in selling “University District”, a tower totaling an astounding 310 condominium units. Working with reputable developers, sellers and buyers, Sherry is an EXCELLENT Realtor who takes the great pleasure in helping people achieve their goal in purchasing/selling real estate by simply putting her clients first!
